By accessing and using Weetrak ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Weetrak is a workforce management platform that provides:

• Employee management and record keeping
• Location-based attendance tracking and time management
• Leave management and approval workflows
• Overtime management with automated approvals
• Payroll processing with multi-currency support
• AI-powered analytics and reporting
• Wallet and funding management
• Settlement and compliance management

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Early Access and Payment

Early Access: We currently offer free early access for 3-6 months. No credit card required during the early access period.

Payment Processing: Payment processing is handled securely through Flutterwave integration. We support multiple currencies including USD, NGN, GHS, KES, and ZAR.

Future Pricing: Pricing will be determined after the early access period based on feedback from beta customers. All fees will be clearly communicated before any charges apply.

Cancellation: You may cancel your early access at any time. Your data remains yours and can be exported in standard formats (CSV, Excel) before cancellation.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use the service to store or transmit sensitive data without proper security measures

6. Data and Privacy

Data Ownership: You retain ownership of all data you upload to the service.

Data Processing: We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

Data Security: We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data, but you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

7. Intellectual Property

Our Rights: The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Weetrak and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Rights: You retain ownership of any content you submit to the service.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Weetrak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Weetrak from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the service.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. We may delete your account and data after 30 days.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service.
